dayna-schuethDayna Schueth, CLP is a holistic practitioner as well as graphic artist based in Boulder, CO. Her passion is living a life of radiant health and harmony with self and the world, and supporting others to do the same.

Dayna's healing practice involves working with the root cause of physical and emotional challenges. The root cause of all symptoms are emotional blockages and limiting beliefs held in the subconscious. Using the Lifeline Technique™, the Hakomi Method of Somatic Psychotherapy and Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching, Dayna works with people to heal from the inside out.

We perceive what we believe. Therefore, our beliefs are the deciding factor in what we manifest in our lives. Dayna helps clients to listen to the language of their body and to discover what subconscious beliefs they hold. She then supports clients to consciously create positive beliefs that will enable them to manifest the life and health they truly want to live.

Dayna is a dancer, mother, yogini, and nature-lover. She is committed to supporting and empowering others to believe in themselves and achieve their infinite potential.

stephenuvalleStephen Uvalle:
I  understand that yoga asana practice is an important and transformative tool that can bring great perspective to life both physically and spiritually. I became interested in yoga for the physical aspects and soon found that asana touched something much deeper. Stepping into practice with willingness and dedication to explore its power and mystery I have found yoga to be a living practice for the everyday experience. I find great joy in life and feel inspired to continue to study not only the physical asana practice, but also the philosophy.

I am interested in the diverse schools of thought for a collective and unique form of practice.I began to witness a connection between life on and off the mat. Yoga has assisted me in becoming familiar with my center where courage and strength reside. My  life experience and studies have given me a unique perspective and teaching style. I understand that yoga asana practice is an important and transformative tool that has opened my life physically, emotionally and spiritually. I invite all who want  to live to their greatest potential to  come experience the strength and delight this living art has to offer.
