Food is a primary focus and highlight of our week together. Not only will you be nourished like never before with the highest quality local organic food, but you will also be engaged in the process to the degree that you want. Our Nutrition seminars and cooking classes will compliment the foods you are eating so you can plan on coming away feeling better than ever with many take home tips, recipes, and techniques that will support your health on-goingly!
Our food will be primarily purchased at the local Nosara farmers market, from local fisherman, and some from the local vegetable stand in town. Our menu will vary, but will hold the general flavor of the tropics with many highlight foods such as avocados, mango, papaya, coconut, pineapple, and fresh local fish. The menu will be creative, yet simple; delicious yet easy to replicate. Our two Costa Rican helpers (Hilda and Sadie) will always add their local Costa Rican touch in the kitchen.
If you have food allergies, concerns or special requirements, you can be sure you will be well taken care of.
