You can expect your days to follow a gentle schedule that goes a little something like this:

6:30-7:00 am Morning meditation

7:00 - 8:30 am Rigorous Morning yoga practice 

9:00 am  Organic whole food breakfast in the Jungle house

10:00 am  Free time, surfing or optional surf lesson

1:00 pm  Organic whole food lunch in the Jungle House

2:00 - 3:30 pm  Workshop

5:00-6:30 pm  Group sunset walk / surfing / meditation / restorative yoga / bliss dance

7:00 pm  Organic whole food dinner at the Jungle house

Most evenings free for group chatting, hammock time, connection, our famous popcorn, unwinding and long nights of rest, sleep and deep relaxation.
