Payment

A $500 non-refundable deposit is due in order to secure one of the 13 spots.
You may pay in full at $1699 or you may opt to complete your payment with the initial deposit, plus 4 payments of $299 due June 15th, July 15th, August 15th, Sept 15th.

Refund Policy

The Deposit is non-refundable.  80% of the total cost is refundable until July 15st.  50% of the total cost is refundable until August 15th.  30% of the total cost is refundable until September 15th.  No refunds are available after October 1st, barring Acts of God. 

Get Insurance!

We recommend that you purchase traveler's insurance to cover yourself (and the retreat).  In the event that you cannot make all or some of the trip, traveler’s insurance will pay you back for airfare and time missed.  It also covers luggage and health.
