Refund Policy

The Deposit is non-refundable.  80% of the total cost is refundable until February 1st.  50% of the total cost is refundable until March 1st.  30% of the total cost is refundable until April 1st.  No refunds are available after October 1st, barring Acts of God. 

Get Insurance!

We recommend that you purchase traveler's insurance to cover yourself (and the retreat).  In the event that you cannot make all or some of the trip, traveler’s insurance will pay you back for airfare and time missed.  It also covers luggage and health.
